I’m an obsessive reader and avid writer.
An empath who is also an introvert. An intent listener and strong opinion holder. I’m a workhorse who loves to straddle the line between visionary and integrator. A true design thinker forever curious to ask “why” things are the way they are and most likely, change them.
North Star
Think, create, connect and inspire like a true designer.
Passions
Human Health. Nothing will ruin your chances of success more than neglecting the improvement of your own body and mindset.
Writing. You can make anything doing it. If you can think, speak, and write, you are absolutely deadly.
Self Actualization. The world tells us the pinnacle of a good life exists in one word: wealth. My life summit is fulfillment, a place where potential is fully realized.
Self-Directed Learning. You get an edge by focusing where other’s aren’t. Learning how to learn on your own makes the acquisition of every other skill easier.
Happiness. When you design, write, and create solutions for someone to feel seen, understood and valued, you effectively deliver the greatest gift of all: happiness.
Dreams
Create maker spaces for purpose-driven play.
Build wellness retreats to connect founders with funding.
Develop “routine”, a supplement focused on 3 key elements (ask me about it!)
Architect recovery sanctuaries for people to re-connect with the intelligence of their bodies.
Write an epic fiction novel about dragon riders.
“The way people tend to work most effectively, especially in knowledge work, is to sprint as hard as they can while they feel inspired to work, and then rest. They take long breaks.
It’s more like a lion hunting and less like a marathoner running. You sprint and then you rest. You re-assess and then you try again. You build a marathon of sprints.

Systems Routines
Tools
Time + energy management
I alternate my routine between time bound and open schedule days.
M, Th, F, Su [open schedule] - gives me the space to dive into what’s energizing me for the day. Sometimes it’s writing, maybe it’s business innovation or sometimes I find myself in a 4 hour deep work dive in Figma. An open schedule is how I recharge my battery. I’m an introvert who has dedicated capacity for the extroverted world. Total schedule/routine autonomy creates major flow state for me.
T, W, F, Sa [time block schedule] - I respect the power of routine and time blocking my day eliminates decision fatigue and opens up my mental (and social) bandwidth. On these days I schedule a majority of my meetings and time regulated commitments.
Free schedule = visionary brain.
Time blocked schedule = integrator brain.
High performance tools
The non-negotiables I adhere to no matter my routine.
Movement: heavy strength training 4x a week, 1 sprint session, 2 longer runs. Pilates 2x to connect with my core and 11k+ steps daily. People call it obsessed, I call it focused.
Nutrition: animal based [inspired] diet. I rarely eat processed foods and will always order a medium rare steak at dinner if available. Side effects include: consistently high energy, deep sleep, great recovery, performance gains, and a sharp mind.
Sunlight: Morning and afternoon sunlight for minimum 20 min to support optimal circadian rhythm and energy.
Supplements: 5000mg Vitamin D, 7g Creatine, Magnesium L Threonate, 2 servings Beef Isolate Protein Powder, varied servings of bovine collagen and 1500mg Berberine.
Environment: cotton sheets, red light, standing desk with a walking pad, apartment deep cleaned bi-weekly. You have a chaotic brain? Check your environment, not your schedule.
Sleeping: 7.5hrs. In bed around 8:30pm up at 5:30am.
Connection: Everyday I call both my parents and brother, connect with a close friend and reach out to grab coffee with someone new.
Things I’ve learned recently:
Overwhelm is a sign you’re focusing on too much.
Depth over width. We think “overwhelm” occurs when we’re doing too much but it actually doesn’t come from depth, it comes from breadth. Most people go wide and get spread too thin. It’s not “work less” it’s “work on less.”
Pour energy towards effort not cherished outcomes.
Life gets simpler and your nervous system takes a sign of relief when you develop a relationship with the efforts business. Not having to control your life unlocks an indescribable freedom.
There are no false choices, other options always exist.
There’s no such thing as a categorically
right course of action, it’s all just an array of possible ones and for each, an endless web of consequences. There’s a huge difference between trying to make wise, well-informed choices and trying to make the right choices.
Anxiety comes from thinking everything and doing nothing.
It’s easier to think about success than getting up and going after it. We’re always on a search for more information, more knowledge, more context … not because it’s going to help us achieve our goals but because it’s easier to think than do. It’s easier to accumulate more hacks, tools, tips and tricks than it is to actually implement any of them. Anxiety is the active suffering of inaction.
